Join the Mental Health Literacy Network, a four-part virtual professional learning series designed to build knowledge, confidence, and practical strategies for supporting student mental wellness. Each 45-minute session explores a key component of mental health literacy to strengthen school-wide understanding and support. This event is open to ALL Staff at CESA 3 Schools!

Session Schedule:

  • December 8, 2025 (3:45–4:30 pm): Mental Health Knowledge – Understand core concepts and recognize signs of mental health challenges.
  • January 7, 2026 (3:45–4:30 pm): Mental Health Promotion – Explore proactive strategies to foster resilience and belonging.
  • February 4, 2026 (3:45–4:30 pm): Providing Support – Learn practical ways to respond effectively and compassionately.
  • March 11, 2026 (3:45–4:30 pm): Reducing Stigma – Promote inclusion, understanding, and openness around mental health.

Participants will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen mental health literacy and promote wellness across their school communities.
