Join CESA 3 for a dynamic, three-hour virtual training designed to support principals and their evaluators in understanding and using the CESA 3 Educator Effectiveness (EE) Principal Framework. Grounded in the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), this custom-developed framework provides a clear, relevant structure for meaningful principal evaluation, growth, and professional learning.

Participants will:

• Explore the expectations of the evaluation system
• Engage in interactive learning around the ten leadership standards
