In what way can we ensure our systems & practices lead us to recruiting & retaining good employees?

We will start with DPI updates, data inquiry using WISEdash, district networking, and strategies from Invest in Your Best. Then we will conduct an audit of current hiring practices and the strategies currently in place to celebrate your most valuable teachers.  Given what we’ve learned so far, how might we expand our practices into a system with improvements?

Our own Ellie Olson will lead us in a thought-provoking discussion exploring ways to get more than good teachers–we want good employees.
