About the Workshop
Every school leader has faced it. You know what needs to change. Your teachers know what needs to change. And yet nothing changes.
This one-day workshop introduces educational leaders to Crucial Influence, a research-based framework built on five decades of social science that explains why people do what they do and what it actually takes to help them do something different.
This is not a workshop about vision statements or motivational speeches. It is about the practical leadership skill that determines whether your improvement efforts stick or fade: the ability to intentionally influence behavior.
