Join us for DPI updates, WISEdash exploration, and networking with other district leaders. And…you’ll get your copy of this years book study feature: Invest in Your Best: 9 Strategies to Grow, Support, and Celebrate Your Most Valuable Teachers.

In addition, this meeting will focus on ways to develop a GROW YOUR OWN plan as a recruitment strategy. Why not invite some of your most talented students to explore education as a career and encourage them to stay in your community and teach?

We will be using a readiness tool to identify the pieces already in place and those elements you could improve to create a vision of a Grow Your Own program in your district. CESA 3’s Alexa Chiefari will join to explain opportunities specifically for high school students who wish to explore education as a career.
