Ready to move beyond identifying what’s not working? Join CESA 3’s Lisa Arneson and Matt Renwick for a two-day hands-on academy designed for district leadership teams who are ready to focus on the fix.

Through a structured, collaborative process, teams will engage in:

DAY 1

• A comprehensive needs assessment to pinpoint critical student outcomes
• Root cause analysis to examine adult practices, policies, and underlying conditions
• The beginning stages of improvement planning that connects directly to student needs

DAY 2

• Wisconsin Multi-Level System of Supports (WiMLSS) Framework training for teams to dig into their systems of supports and identify areas that are/aren’t effective for all students

In addition to ample collaboration time, teams will leave with practical templates, tools, and protocols they can use immediately in their own settings.
