Through a structured, collaborative process, teams will engage in:

  • Root cause analysis to examine adult practices, policies, and underlying conditions
  • The beginning stages of improvement planning that connects directly to student needs

In addition to ample collaboration time, teams will leave with practical templates, tools, and protocols they can use immediately in their own settings.
