Join us for a workshop featuring Morphemes for Little Ones™ by Deb Glaser, designed to help educators bring morphological awareness to life in K–3 classrooms. This resource offers structured, systematic literacy lessons that make the foundational building blocks of words—prefixes, suffixes, and roots—accessible and engaging for young learners. Participants will explore developmentally appropriate strategies to integrate morphology into daily instruction, supporting vocabulary growth, reading comprehension, and a deeper understanding of how words work.
Spend the afternoon planning to implement strategies within your own classroom with guided support and coaching. You are invited to bring your own curriculum resources to assist in this process.
Participants will get a copy of the book: Morphemes for Little Ones by Deb Glaser
