Teen Mental Health Summit 
Join CESA 3 for an interactive Teen Mental Health Summit led by Brian Buffington, a national speaker and educator known for creating engaging, student-centered experiences that support well-being and resilience. This engaging day is designed for high school students who experience stress, anxiety, or pressure and want practical tools to manage it in healthy ways. Students will explore how anxiety shows up in everyday life, practice simple coping strategies they can use at school and beyond, and build confidence in handling challenges and big emotions. The session is fast-paced, relatable, and student-centered, focused on awareness, skill-building, and empowerment in a safe, supportive environment.

Time: 9:30 am – 1:30 pm (Lunch and snacks, too!)

COST:

AODA Consortium Member schools can send up to 10 students for FREE! If more than 10 are needed, please reach out to Niki Smith.

Teen Leadership Members – $15 per student (chaperone included)

Non-Teen Leadership Members – $25 per student (chaperone included)

Please register the adult chaperone and enter the number of students you intend to bring to the event under additional attendees. Your chaperone will receive an email with a google roster for the names of students and dietary restrictions after registered.
