Administrative Training Series: Crisis Response & TIG Leadership
Be prepared before the crisis. This two-day, in-person training is designed specifically for building and district-level leadership—as well as designated crisis team leaders—to build critical knowledge, skills, and confidence in evidence-based crisis response and Traumatic Incident Group (TIG) practices.
Learn how to navigate every phase of a crisis, avoid the most common (and costly) pitfalls, and implement effective, research-supported strategies that align with your school’s legal and professional responsibilities.
Because school crisis doesn’t schedule an appointment.

This ICISF-certified training supports the CISM model, now designated by SAMHSA as an evidence-based practice.
All current and aspiring school crisis leaders and their crisis response teams are welcome—administrative title not required!
The cost for 2 Full Days of Training is only $499 per person!
School teams of 4 or more participants will receive a 20% discount, as well as one FREE registration for their School Resource Officer or Local Police Officer (Include them in your registration for materials and lunch count)!
Safe and Healthy Schools Members will also receive a FREE Crisis Plan Review and Coaching Date from CESA 3!
Trainer requires a deadline to register of June 23, 2025 to ensure materials and a minimum of 20 people is required to run this workshop!
