This workshop is designed to help educators create learning environments where students with ADHD can move from constant struggle to greater engagement and agency. Participants will leave with practical tools and resources, including a student profile inventory and an improvement/implementation guide.
Expected Outcomes: Participants will learn how to identify systemic barriers to student success and engage in small experiments to learn what works in your classroom.
Learning Intentions: Systemic Support and Sustainability – This session focuses on creating a systemic, sustainable approach for supporting students with ADHD, beyond relying on individual teachers. Topics addressed include the need for shared leadership, fostering collaboration, strategic use of data, and designing for a universal level of high-quality instruction. The goal is to begin creating a culture that values each and every student for their strengths and what they bring to a learning community.
