This event is for district or school teams and will include tools, resources and planning time!

May 13:  3:30-4:30PM–Virtual 1 hour afterschool to get grounded in the work, establish goals and timelines, and launch staff survey.

July 28 & 29: In-person at CESA 3–9AM-3PM

Teams will:

• Gather and analyze data on staff use and beliefs about AI
• Explore a multitude of AI tools and their uses with leaders, teachers, and students
• Examine important considerations around AI implementation, including managing platforms, addressing legal and ethical concerns, including essential conversations about student cheating
• Establish policies and guidelines for staff and student use
• Develop an AI implementation plan for use during the 2026-27 school year
