The Annual Inclusive Youth Leadership Bootcamp is designed to teach youth essential leadership skills through hands-on activities and problem-solving exercises. The day is filled with unforgettable and fun-filled opportunities for students to build their confidence, learn to trust themselves and others, and explore the art and science of leadership development.
Activities focus on Life Readiness Skills, such as:
- Trust Building
- Problem Solving
- Creating Positive Cultures
NEW THIS YEAR! Both dates will have a holiday celebration theme! We heard how hard it is to get away in the spring with older students, so we are doing back to back dates – less sub prep!
- Tuesday, December 2: Grades 4 – 7
- Wednesday, December 3: Grades 8 – 11
Each event begins at 9:30 am (arrival at 9:00 am) and concludes at 1:45 pm.
Attendance and Team Composition:
- Schools can bring up to two teams per event
- Each team consists of 6 students from the designated grade levels
- All students are welcome, including those who have attended previous years, to further develop their leadership skills in new team dynamics
- Each event has a capacity of 8 teams, and a minimum of 4 registered teams is required to hold the event
Registration Details:
- Registration deadline is Monday, November 17 at 5:00 pm
- Cost for each team registration: $300
- There may be funding opportunities available for different grade levels (please contact Rose Cutting to discuss further at rcutting@cesa3.org)
