Join us at CESA 3 on June 30 and July 1!
9AM-3PM
This two day event takes leadership teams through multiple data points to examine four key indicators that are most often associated with improved student outcomes. Nationally, when teams make improvement goals, they relate to:
- Student Achievement
- Postsecondary Readiness
- Safety, Engagement & Well-being
- Community Support/Family Engagement
Day 1: CESA 3 staff will lead teams through the analysis of multiple data elements to determine the current state of these systems and then dig into root causes that are contributing to critical student outcomes.
DPI staff will join to meet and connect with federally identified districts, and our expectation is for teams to leave with the planning and documentation necessary to move forward towards meaningful change and DPI compliance for LEA Determinations.
Day 2: Teams will participate in the Wisconsin Multi-level System of Support (WiMLSS) Project framework training to delve into the system they identified needs further improvement. Participation gives teams access to partnership with a systems coach to support ongoing improvement work in your district.
