This intensive one-day Selected (Tier 2) WiMLSS-B/PBIS Booster Workshop is designed to help your team review, refine, and enhance your school’s existing secondary-level behavior support systems. The training is anchored in the Wisconsin Multi-Level System of Support for Behavior (WiMLSS-B) framework.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is for school teams with previous Tier 2 training experience. The training will guide your team through a deep review of your current Selected (Tier 2) Behavior Systems.

Workshop Objectives:

Your team will collaborate on key components of effective Selected/Tier 2 intervention systems, focusing on equity and fidelity. You will receive support to:

• Reflect on your Tier 2 Team leadership and its essential connection to the Universal (Tier 1) level.
• Review your Intervention Flow Chart, including specific Entrance and Exit Criteria.
• Analyze your early identification and entrance criteria process, examining the sufficiency of your data for both internalizing and externalizing behaviors.
• Strengthen home-school connections and create more intentional partnerships with families, including utilizing a Family Interview for Culturally Responsive Practices.
• Audit the fidelity and key features of your current Selected/Tier 2 interventions (such as Check-In/Check-Out, Modified CICO, Social Academic Instructional Groups, and Mentoring).
